To be eligible for housing you must be at least 18 years old. Your household income cannot exceed the federally established limits. For more information on
our communities or to fill out an application, please stop by The
Wheeling Housing Authority Main Office at 11 Community Street in Elm
Grove or call our main office at (304) 242-4447. All applicants will be
subject to credit checks and criminal background checks. Public Housing rent is based on 30 percent of gross income. Flat rents are also available. |
